The personal data collected by PREDICTYS through the contact form is intended only for the latter and will not be disclosed to third parties, with the exception of the Data Protection Officer.
No, your data will not be transferred outside the European Union.
Data intended for the sending of quotes or commercial prospecting will be kept for three years from the last contact with you.
Data collected for the purpose of exercising rights will be kept for 5 years, which corresponds to the statutory limitation period for any civil liability claim against PREDICTYS.
Predictys undertakes to guarantee the confidentiality and security of the data you entrust to it, and to implement any appropriate technical and organisational measures, on an ongoing basis, to secure the Personal Data and to ensure a sufficient level of protection for it pursuant to Personal Data Regulations.
PREDICTYS will not use the data collected via its website for profiling purposes.

4°) The right to oppose the collection of personal data
By providing evidence of a legitimate reason relating to your personal situation, you may oppose the collection of your personal data by PREDICTYS. If this opposition proves to be justified, PREDICTYS will cease the processing of the data concerned and will immediately delete it.
In the cases referred to in 3°) and 4°) above, the data will be deleted from the process for which it was collected. On the other hand, any personal data which may be included in other processes for which PREDICTYS is the data controller or subcontractor will not be deleted, except in the case of a reasoned request accepted by PREDICTYS concerning these other processes.
